We are happy to offer a refund/exchange for an unwanted item returned within 14 days of receipt. Please be aware that we must receive returns within 30 days of delivery – this is irrespective of your chosen payment method.

Please note that all items must be returned in a saleable condition:
Unopened, with all original product packaging and hygiene seals untouched. We are unable to offer a refund, replacement or exchange on items that are not re-saleable.
If your order qualified for a free gift, it must also be returned before your refund or replacement can be processed.
We offer a FREE pre-paid returns service on all Bulgarian orders through Budapest You will receive a pre-printed address label with your order.
If you are returning from outside of the Hungary, you will need to cover the cost of return shipping.
How to return – International
Step 1
Contact Customer Service if you wish to arrange an exchange. For a return, if the product is damaged of defective arrange a return on email: info@zibeauty.eu
Step 2
Ship product back to our warehouse the return address will be on the package you received your goods.
Step 3
The refund will be processed in 2 business days when we receive the returned goods.

Delivery cost is calculated at checkout page when address is entered, if the system didn’t generate delivery cost and doesn’t allow you to continue, please email us at info@zibeauty.eu, we will send quote for delivery, if that’s possible.
Delivery times are based on orders placed before 2pm GMT on any day.

**We will send you an email with your Tracking Number when we dispatch your order. This will be updated with a Local Tracking Number when your parcel is received by your Postal Service.
Taxes and Duties
Please note that you will not pay Bulgarian VAT on your purchases when you place your order. However, your order may incur local sales taxes and customs duties on arrival which you will need to pay.
